Assured Building Solutions is a North West based leading provider of construction services. They came to Iware Systems with the need to commision the creation of an information management system to replace its current software package. the system is currently under development. When completed it will be used by all levels of staff and will manage areas including staff, suppliers, clients, operatives, jobs, finance, reporting.

Cavern City Tours

Cavern City Tours Ltd operates the Magical Mystery Tour around historical Beatles sites in Liverpool. The company also owns the world famous Cavern Club in Mathew Street and the Cavern Pub. They also organise the annual International Beatle Week Festival which takes place around the August Bank Holiday.

The company came to Iware Systems to improve the current system regarding the management of their booking system for the Magical Mystery Tour. The resultant solution was a real time online booking system which allows not just Cavern City Tours but any of its partners and agents located throughout the world to view the current ticketing situation via the system and to take bookings based on this information. The system has been running smoothly since its implementation in mid Jan 2006 and has recently taken its 8,000 booking.

' The system has greatly increased our overall control of the booking process and has increased ticket sales by around 15 percent. As a result of this implemetation Cavern City Tours will shortly commision a new system from Iware to handle the logistical solution for package holiday and ticket sales for International Beatles Week.'
